These terms and conditions govern the use of the carfylimassol.com website and the car rental services provided by CarFy Limassol (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘our service’, ‘the Company’). By using the website and making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Car reservations
Customers can make reservations through the website.
To confirm your order, you may be required to make a prepayment or full payment in accordance with the terms and conditions specified when making the reservation.
All information you provide when making a reservation must be accurate.
2. Rental conditions
The minimum age of the driver is 21 years, and the driving experience is at least 2 years.
A valid passport or ID card and a driving licence (international for non-EU residents) are required for rental.
The car is handed over at the agreed place and time.
The renter is responsible for the safety of the car throughout the rental period.
3. Insurance
All cars are covered by basic insurance.
Full insurance without excess is available as an additional option at the customer’s request and for an additional fee.
The insurance does not cover traffic violations or driving under the influence.
4. Cost and payment
The final rental cost depends on the car class, rental duration, and additional options (GPS, child seat, insurance, etc.).
We accept payment in cash, by debit/credit card and by bank transfer.
In case of early return of the car, the funds are not refunded, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
5. Cancellation and changes
You can cancel your reservation in advance. The cancellation policy depends on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Changes to the booking (dates, pick-up location, car category) are possible subject to availability.
6. Liability
The company is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings in the car.
In the event of an accident, the customer is obliged to immediately notify the police and the company.
It is prohibited to transfer the car to third parties without the written consent of the company.
7. Use of the website
The content of the website is the intellectual property of CarFy Limassol. It is prohibited to copy or distribute materials without written consent.
We do not guarantee the continuous operation of the website, but we do everything possible to ensure the stable functioning of the service.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. All disputes shall be settled in court at the place of registration of the company.
